Discover Your Gold: Your Guide to Personal Development
Mental strength isn’t something you’re born with — it’s something you build. I learned that not in a classroom, but on the Olympic stage.
As a 10-time Olympic medalist, I’ve lived the highest highs and most brutal pressures that competitive sport has to offer. I know what it feels like to perform in front of the world when everything is on the line — and I know what separates those who rise to the moment from those who don’t. It’s not just talent. It’s mindset.
But medals only told part of my story. Pursuing my Master of Social Work deepened my understanding of the human mind, emotional resilience, and what people truly need to heal, grow, and thrive — both on and off the field.
Today, I bring both worlds together. The lived experience of an elite competitor and the clinical training of a mental health professional. Whether I’m working with an athlete chasing their first championship, an executive navigating high-stakes decisions, or an individual ready to break through their own barriers — my approach is rooted in real experience, real science, and genuine care.
I’ve stood on the podium. Now I help others build the mindset to reach theirs.
